Thanks to the incredible response to our first New Edinburgh StreetFest, we are organizing a second fair to celebrate New Edinburgh’s history and bring people together to have some fun!

Building on last year’s hugely successful New Edinburgh StreetFest, the plans for this year’s program feature the many activities attendees most loved in 2022, along with some exciting NEW features:

Building on last year’s hugely successful New Edinburgh StreetFest, the plans for this year’s program feature the many activities attendees most loved in 2022, along with some exciting NEW features:
- Opening ceremonies with music and speakers followed by a talk on the Heart of the Old Village
- Open house tours with interpreters guiding you through the interiors of three historic village homes (NEW!)
- Welcome Centre and Café at St. Bartholomew’s Church Hall
- Musical program at St. Bartholomew’s Church and a guest speaker on the Celebrities Who Have Passed through New Edinburgh
- Walking tour with doorstep guides telling stories of historic buildings in the neighbourhood (a separate self- guided walking tour will also be available for purchase for those who want to explore the history of New Edinburgh in greater depth)
- Porch concert series with musicians on village verandahs
- Beer and wine tent with a Toasty Arepas food truck (NEW!)
- After-party cèilidh with Celtic music from 4:00-6:00 pm (NEW!)
