Starting with a luncheon at the stunning Royal Ottawa Golf Club, ticket buyers will be treated a fashion show of 3 Wild Women’s Spring / Summer collection. Clothes will be available to purchase on site.
Focus recipient: Inuuqatigiit Centre for Inuit Children, Youth and Families
The Inuuqatigiit Centre for Inuit Children, Youth and Families was established in August 2005 by parents of children enrolled in the Head Start Children’s Program at Tungasuvvingat Inuit (TI) which sponsored the Program from March 1997 to April 2006.
In April 2006, the sponsorship was transferred by the Public Health Agency of Canada to the Inuuqatigiit Centre for Inuit Children, Youth and Families.
Today, the Centre is a multi-service Inuit organization that provides cultural, educational, recreational and social support services to children, youth and families of Ottawa’s growing Inuit community. It serves as a major hub of early years and youth services for Inuit families in Ottawa.
